1. Before removing the bracket, we advise that you take your Birdfy Feeder down from its mounted position.
2. Locate the pull tab on the bracket. Use the fleshy part of your fingertip to press firmly into the tab, then apply enough force with your entire arm to pull it outward until it is completely removed from the feeder.
3. Remember to use the fleshy part of your fingertip to press down on the pull tab, or else you may hurt your nails.
