Firmware Update With MicroSD Card-Birdfy Feeder Bamboo
If you're experiencing issues with firmware updates, please check your Wi-Fi signal strength. Use another 2.4GHz Wi-Fi or hotspot if needed. If that doesn't work, please follow these steps to update firmware with a MicroSD card:
- Contact our customer support at support@birdfy.com to get a firmware update file.
- Format your MicroSD card to FAT32 if it’s not already.
- Take out the MicroSD card and connect it to your computer with a card reader.
- Copy the firmware file to the root directory of the MicroSD card. Keep the original file name.
- Insert the MicroSD card into the camera again and reboot it. The camera will update the firmware automatically.
