How many devices can access the live feed simultaneously?
If the Wi-Fi signal is strong, a total of 3 devices can access the livestream at the same time.
 
If you are having trouble accessing the live stream on your device, here are some possible causes and solutions:
The camera is disconnected from Wi-Fi: Make sure your router is working properly by checking if other devices can connect to the Wi-Fi and access the internet. If not, try to reboot your router.
The camera’s Wi-Fi connection is weak: Move the camera closer to the router or use a signal booster. You can also try connecting the camera to a different Wi-Fi network or hotspot.
The mobile phone has no internet access or poor network connection: Make sure your phone can access the internet and has granted network permission to the Birdfy app. You can also try refreshing the device list by pulling down on the app homepage, switching to a different Wi-Fi network or mobile data, or using another phone to access the live stream.
The camera is off: Check if the camera is turned on by long-pressing the power button. If not, make sure the camera has enough battery power and charge it if needed.
Other possible solutions: Restart the camera or re-add it to the app.
