Troubleshooting: Solar Panel not Charging-Birdfy Hum Feeder
If you're experiencing difficulties with charging the device with a solar panel, please try the following steps:

Ensure that the solar panel is receiving an ample amount of sunlight. Position it in a location with direct exposure to sunlight to maximize charging efficiency.

While the solar panel is connected and exposed to direct sunlight, observe the device's status light. Check if the red light on the device flashes, indicating that it is receiving a charge.

If the red light does not flash, it may suggest a potential issue with the solar panel. In such cases, please reach out to our customer support team at support@birdfy.com for assistance and a possible replacement. Kindly provide details about the issue and your device ID.

However, if the red light does flash but the battery level doesn't increase, it could be a bug in the app. Please contact support@birdfy.com and provide your device ID. Our support team will investigate the issue further and help resolve it.
