How to Disassemble and Clean Your Birdfy Hum Feeder
Disassembly
-
Twist the reservoir in an anti-clockwise direction and lift it up to detach and remove it.
-
Rotate the knob in an anti-clockwise direction to detach the base. Then, remove the silicone seal from the nectar chamber.
-
Pinch the bottom of the feeding ports from the inside and pull them out to remove them.
-
Pinch the larger end of the perch slightly from the inside and pull it out to remove it.
Cleaning
-
Take off the spout cover and clean the inside of the reservoir using a brush and water.
-
Clean the base, including the nectar chamber, using a brush and water.
-
Remove the feeding ports and use the provided mini brush to clean the interior of the ports.
