Abnormal Video Duration-Birdfy Nest

If your motion detection videos are less than 20 seconds long (30 seconds if you have subscribed to Event Video Recording), please follow these steps:
  1. Check your Wi-Fi signal strength on your device.
  2. If it is weak, move your device closer to your router or reboot your router.
  3. If it is strong, check if you have set a cooldown time for motion detection. If you have, change it to 0 seconds. If you have not, contact support@netvue.com and they will assist you with the issue.
