Cloud Services-Birdfy Nest

To subscribe to AI Bird Recognition with your Lite device, follow these steps:
If you are using iOS, go to my.netvue.com. Log in to your Netvue account and choose “Bird Recognition” under “AI Skills”. Click “Subscribe” and select a monthly or yearly plan. You can either select your device now or later. Choose your payment method and confirm your subscription.
If you are using Android, you can either go to my.netvue.com or tap “Discover” in the app. Select "Bird Recognition" and then follow the same steps as above to make the purchase.
If you have opted to select your device later, go to “My Subscriptions”, choose a cloud service, and then choose “Active Device”. Tap “Edit” and select your device. Then tap save. Your device should now be able to run AI Bird Recognition.
 
 
To have longer videos with your device, follow these steps:
If you are using iOS, go to my.netvue.com. Log in to your Netvue account and select "Event Video Recording". You can either select your device now or later. Choose your payment method and confirm your subscription.
If you are using Android, you can either go to my.netvue.com or tap "Discover" in the app. Select "Event Video Recording" and then follow the same steps as above to make the purchase.
If you chose to select your device later, go to “My Subscriptions”, choose a cloud service, and then choose “Active Device”. Tap “Edit” and select your device. Then tap save. Your device should now be able to record 30 seconds of motion detection video.
